Tibetan Vibrational Healing

When people hear about vibrational healing, they often envision the experience they had in a yoga event with the white bowls that have different pitches and volumes and can be very sensational. This is different, although I do love sound healing in those classes. The bowls I practice with come from Tibet. Metals are melted or softened and then hammered into the shape of a bowl. Traditionally, the monks sing prayers around the bowl while it is being made or into it if they are the craftsman.

The service is done one on one. I place the bowl on the body, usually on the spine. Sometimes, we work on different parts of the body as well. It can assist in soreness and injury recovery as the vibration flows through the muscles, tissues, and probably every atom in the body.

The vibration feels wonderful and can be exceptionally soothing, creating a state of tranquility. It can balance out energies, provide stress release, and aid in sleep (people often fall asleep). My sister sometimes brings her boys over for bedtime help! It simply feels really, really good.

This service is offered individually as well as an addition to a session.
