Meditation and Breathwork
Meditation is not just sitting on a pretty pillow while struggling to stay focused on your breath in that super uncomfortable position (at least it feels uncomfortable for you). It can be that... and I am a fan of that method. But what I like even more is that it can also be chanting, either quietly to yourself or with others in a group... almost like singing!

It is also movement, visualization, walking, and more. Whichever way you would like to practice or learn to practice will have wonderful, life-improving results.

Breathwork seems to be all the rage lately. Recently, science is finding out more and more evidence about how much breathwork can improve our health and quality of life.

One of my favorite benefits is its ability to help people manage stress levels, which leads to balanced blood, better sleep, and reduced feelings of trauma.

Another of my favorite benefits is it also produces a better mood and more energy. These are all benefits of Meditation, by the way. I forgot to mention all of those above.

Remember the pretty pillow and the meditation thing? Well, there are also different methods of breathwork, and I feel like each one can create more (energy) or less (stress) depending on what you are looking for.

Some are fast and invigorating, and other breathwork techniques can help you get right to sleep. What some people refer to as Box Breathing is great for stress, and my very favorite is shamanic breathwork.
